this game didn't live up to it's expectations at all, the original was way better, especially for muiti-player, it sucks on the wii, it only takes a single bullet to kill you, in the original it took like 5 so you had a chance to survive! The single player is good but I loved the game for the hours of multi-player with friends
Close but no cigar ...Goldeneye single player is quite good but the multi player leaves us wanting to go out and re-buy a Nintendo 64. Single player missions are clever and challenging while the AI soldiers keep you on your toes. The use of secondary weapons is still a mystery to me and I miss the N64 side-step skill needed to play this game properly. If anyone out there decides to redo Perfect Dark, PLEASE do not mess it up. Goldeneye's multi player could have been so much more, but what we get is boring levels [some of which have the same name as the classic games but that's about it] and tedious stairways and tunnels. You are only allowed to carry two weapons at a time and you cannot walk over dropped weapons and then use them...BOO. I'm sending this game back ...after I finish the single player mode that is.

Well i LOVE shooter games for the wii (Because of motion) but i want expecting much from this game. And guess what. I was right. This game is not the best goldon eye you will see. My prediction is they are going to make another golden eye for the wii and try there best to improve. Some of the levels are just boring and you dont get to the action until 30 minutes. I dont think its worth the wait. But you can have multiplayer and split screen play unlike any other games. (One reason why i gave this game a 8) Second of all it makes you really feel like you are a spy. (Another reason I gave it a 8)
