God of War III comes from a multi-platform line of award winning games. Having played previous titles in this line I had extremely high hopes for Kratos' next adventure through Olympia.
Eye candy galore! Engaging levels, thrilling story, and endless combat possibilities hook you early on and won't let go. HD graphics highlight every scar and blood splatter. Then the game comes to an irreparable freeze glitch. Oh well, system restart and try again. Same glitch. Again. and again. Dismay!
"Hm, this is odd," I thought and rushed to the Internet to see what is going on. Lo and behold, this game is well known for freezing glitches that leave players unable to continue! Apparently this applies only to certain PS3 models (I have 120GB slim, fully updated as of 9/18/2012).
Research before you rent this game. Make sure your system isn't one of those having problems. God of War III is worth renting (and buying) but not if you can't play!
