God of War: Ghost of Sparta for PSP Reviews by Gamers

If you're a fan of the GOW series, you'll love this but don't expect anything more or groundbreaking than what you already experienced in the prior games. Basically this is the same as Chains of Olympus with a different story. I gave it a 9 since I love the series and was not expecting anything more. I just wanted to kick butt as Kratos on my PSP. This game itself, has to be my favorite of the PSP GOW series! The sound is amazing, the graphics are lush, the gameplay is phenomenal, the storyline and plot is beyond my expectations. The story itself picks up right after the 1st GOW, but at the same time, there are similarities to GOW 2 as well.

Kratos has become the God of War and he's still having nightmares of his mortal past. As Athena had promised to take away from him. In this installment, Kratos finds himself in a emotional bind to save his brother Deimos from the God of Death. I don't want to spil anything regarding the storyline, but I will say this much "it's a diamond in the rough" kind of game. I have only the highest recommendations for GOW: Ghost of Sparta!
