Go Play? I say No Play

For those of you who are dreaming about running away and joining the Circus, Go Play: Circus Star is here to completly demolish that idea.
This mini game compliation has fifteen games, staring off with six games available, which means nine are locked. How to unlock those games?
By performing well on the unlocked games, you get fans, and money. As the number of fans go up, so does the money you get for every successful play of a minigame.
The first few successes will get you about $50 each, but it won't be long before you're raking in hundreds of dollars for passing the minigame challenge.
You use that money to unlock other games and other arenas to get those nine locked games unlocked. It will take most players about two hours to do that.
Problem is, these games aren't very fun; most of them involve using one skill - tilting the Wiimote to the left or right
What games involve this skill? Unicycle, Silks, Monkey Dodging, Tightrope, Rolla Bolla and Pony Dancing. I got bored with those very quickly.
The remaining games aren't that much more interesting; most of them asks you to preform a simple flick, roll or twist of the Wiimote (or leaning on the Balance Board in very simple ways.)
The only game I liked of the fifteen was the knife throwing game. The controls are spot on and they are intuituve.
It's a good thing that I'm throwing these knives at a stuffed dummy, and not a real person. Some of my knives cut into the dummy's knees, his neck and his shoulder. Ouch.
The game makers try to add some shelf life with multiplayer, but that's no help here: it's basically the single player mode with up to four players taking turns playing those dull minigames.
Go Play: Circus Star is just another forgettable minigame compilation in a system that's drowning in forgettable minigame compilatioins. SKIP IT.
