Overall this is a good game. The looks are very good and the levels are fun to go through. You don't have to be a fan of the movies but its to know the background of the characters. Yes it takes a while to get the ghosts, especially the bosses, but the time is definetly well spent. The difficulty is very good, some levels taking a few tries to win. The game is very fun and I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a something to keep them busy for a few days.
First and foremost, this game makes you feel like you are a Ghostbuster. The storyline is top notch, the voice acting is awesome and catching ghosts is freaking awesome. This could have easily been Ghostbusters III and everyone would have walked out of the theater happy. The graphics were really good, seeing the proton packs in action is a cool sight for any Ghostbusters fan. On the downside this game is WAY short. You could easily beat it in a weekend and move on to something else. I really wish you would play as one of the Ghostbusters instead of a nameless, emotionless recruit. Plus I just wish there was something more you could do as one of the Ghostbusters. Being able to go into a sniper-type mode would have helped a heck of a lot. Also if more could have been done in the Fire House would have been so cool. Just the fact that Vigo could talk to you is really cool but more would have been better. Plus, where the heck is Dana and what happened between her and Peter? At the end of the day its a great game that makes you feel like a Ghostbuster so its defiantly worth the purchase.
