Ghost Squad for Wii Reviews by Gamers

I was expecting this light railshooter to be a fun pastime that I could keep around, but I was very disappointed at the outcome.

Even with the Wii Zapper it was just too boring for me, I think I got tired of the game after 2-3 hours.

Plus there are only 3 main missions, which make it kind of repetitive as well.

I've played better console railshooters.

Right now this is the closest you can get to Light Gun Arcade fun in your home with the Wii. Bottom line is that this game is very fun, and will have you coming back for more. It feels very realistic when played with the Zapper or another gun shell. Even though the game only has 3 missions, it really is longer than it appears. It has 16 levels per mission, and it will take you quite a long time to beat this game if you intend on unlocking all 16 levels for each mission.

The GOOD..

1-Graphics and sound are good. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing that takes away from the game either.
2-Plenty of unlockable weapons, scenario options, rank promotions, and uniforms to keep you going.
3-Easy enough to have fun at the lower levels, but it proves to be very challenging at the higher levels.
4-When you shoot people, they react appropriately. For example, if you shoot them in the leg, they react differently than if you shoot them in the head.
5-Calibration options work well for "sighting in your weapon" and shooting without the on-screen aiming reticle.
6-Game works great with the Wii Zapper or any other "gun accessory" for the Wii!
7-You can upload your high scores to the Nintendo servers and see how you did against people in your Region or people all over the world.
8-You can play with 2-4 people locally or even play as a single player with a weapon in each hand!

The BAD..
