Most people dont like this game because its not your generic fps. This game takes skill that most people dont have, they generally stick to their twitch gameplay because its easier. the story was short on this entry but thats the only complaint. multiplayer was fun

First off, there are no flaws in Gears of War, period. Everything from cover mechanics to shooting is perfect. Guns are amazing, the perfect mix of an ordinary weapon and a chainsaw make a Lancer. Other guns are great to like the Shotgun. The graphics are simply amazing, speaking that the game was made in 2006 and now it's almost 2012 is amazing because this game looks better than most video games I have played. GOW runs on Unreal Engine 3 which was created by Epic Games. Epic has done an amazing job with everything in this game. From the narrative to the environment to the fantastic cover mechanics and combat. Multiplayer is also amazing, even though its just like 3 modes such as War zone and so forth. It's very simple just kill everyone on the opposing team. One of the best features is that you can play with a friend, co-op its simple but still very addicting making you play another match and another. Sometimes GOW can be pretty violent, but you still want to play it. Well I love how you can turn off intense content. If you don't have GOW you are missing out on the game of the decade and you should ice it up and see what you have been missing. You can pick this up in a $30 package featuring the also amazing GOW2. Or you can pick this up used at Gamestop for $5, (Probably the best deal EVER).
