This game is a great game for the old school players who aren't too concerned with a movie style plot and just want to go in swinging. This game is so good, I had to give it back because it was occupying a place in my gameQ for the last 2 and a half months keeping me from getting a new 2nd game and, since it's not purchasable yet, I sent it back. The controls on this game are very easy to get used to and easy to put together some great combos. Each character fits someone's game play style. I stuck with the Warrior (batter up!) but my friend who is real into straight sword loved the elf and my wife who just likes to swing a lot loved the Valkyrie's endurance and 360 attacks. I recommend this game to anyone who just wants to open up a can on a game and get away from terrorists plots and one player movie schemes to get back to old school nintendo group arcade game style.
