Future Tactics: The Uprising is an innovative turn-based tactical RPG that retains the fast-paced action of an adventure platformer set in the near future. Single-player Story mode follows the quest of a young boy, his sister and a motley band of heroes as they fight to free humanity from the grip of extra-dimensional aliens. A two-player Battle mode provides intense head-to-head battles of epic proportions. And Boot Camp tutorial mode will take you from novice to Future Tactician. Future Tactic's unique battle engine allows for constant action as you fight through 19 expansive 3D levels.

The visuals are good, but the game is lacking in many ways. Forgetable characters, too short gameplay and mediocre combat system make for a decent, but lacklustre game that falls short of what it could have been.more
