There has been a lot of misinformed FPS gamers running in circles screaming that this game was awful. This is what happens when you get an average typographical error along side with what is a new untested idea in a gaming world where everyone thinks alike. Ten Hammers is a strategic console game in and industry where a majority of the military Sims go straight to PC. Ten Hammers is a game that builds leadership skills, logical thought, and military style training, not high scores.

Easily one of the best game out of 04, if they had only been labeled properly. There would have been a slew of wanna be Ten Hammers games and even and little odd fan base for this style of strategy games, had it only been labeled as a Strategic Sim and not a SHOOTER. But I Digress

Squad based tactical shooter. I was in the Army and this game is actually pretty close to the Army as you'll get for a game. Not your run of the mill spray and pray like kids like, this takes patience and precision. Sit down kid.

If you are a big Tom Clancy fan, then maybe this game is for you. This game is very strategic, and can get very frustrating. In this game you control two teams of 4. Alpha and Bravo team. You need to strategically maneuver them to complete an objective without getting hurt. This game sometimes takes 20 tries before you complete an objective. Just doing some of the stuff that they want you to do gives you a headache. If you like spending an hour or two on completing an objective, you go ahead and have fun with this game. Because that is pretty much what you do.
