Could have been a great game

Full Auto 2 could have been great. The good: the racing aspect of it is nicely done, and the sensation of speed is there; graphics are nice, w/ some slowdown that does not detract too much from the gaming experience though. The bad: needing to jump through too many hoops to unlock better weapons and cars; weapons are limited to two types per car; A.I. sometimes does stupid things like getting its car stuck against a wall. The ugly: career mode is horrible as it is nothing but a bunch of missions strung together; they should've had a map where the player could have traveled between cities and shop at different shops to upgrade car, etc.; they should've had a earning's system that would provide income for the player to make transactions. For Full Auto 3, I would like to see a game styled after the game "Auto Duel", which was released for the Apple II and Commodore 64 back in the mid 1980's. The storylines and career mode were much more compelling. Full Auto 2 is entertaining, but the entertainment quickly runs out as the game does not reward the player quick enough with new weapons and gadgets. Some missions in the career mode are nearly impossible to accomplish. Full Auto is worth buying if it costs $20. Anything more than that and you are better off saving your money for something else.
