It must just be me that is tired of button mashers. They a;ll play the same way, smash X and Y for combos and roll out of the way of danger, Kenshiro just doesn't like to roll that much.
Can't anyone come up with a game engine that isn't a run and gun or a button masher. Running around pressing the same button over and over is not fun, just like in God of War.
This just goes to prove my theory of these "new age gamers" do not want a challenge. It really is clearly want the masses want. Fable has a dog to find buried treasure for you and a gold trail telling you where everything is. This game, press the attack button enough and you won't die, unless it is a boss fight. Slaughterhouse, if you just run around press "LT+X" you will slice everything up nicely. The old 2D versions of most of these games were harder.
The fancier ad more "realistic" these games get, the more glitches there are. This game did not have any glaring glitches, but it is also very cartoonish, is there a connection as to why this one was practically glitch free and Castlevania is full of glitches?
