Nick (Eric Christian Olsen) and Shawn (Nicholas D'Agosto) are the stars of the Gerald R. Ford High School Football Team. They're also the two most popular guys in school, and now they're... cheerleaders? Not wanting to spend another long, hot summer at football camp, the pair trades their helmets for pompoms and follows their school's squad to cheerleading camp. It's exactly what the guys wanted: less work than football and way more beautiful girls. But, like a shaky human pyramid, the plan starts falling apart when Shawn starts falling for Carly (Sarah Roemer), the gorgeous head cheerleader. Carly's not convinced two jocks would really want to cheer. So, if Shawn's going to get the girl, he'll have to put some extra sparkle in those spirit fingers and get Fired Up!
