Nothing familiar about it.

The great thing about all final fantasies is that when you jump into any of them. Despite their differences, they have a sense of familiarity about them. Something comfortable. This has NONE of it. You have no freedom whatsoever. Whoever wrote the script to this game is either a highschool theatre student, a writer from disney, or should just be shot... The diaglogue is awful. I dreaded the battles due to the system. I dreaded the cutscenes due to the bad script. I dreaded the sluggish controls when running around. I hated the FF10 knockoff leveling system. If my main character dies... its game over... what!? I am a huge FF fanboy... but this game is awful. There is NO badass character... No Auron, or Sephiroth... nothing of the sort. After playing Mass Effect, i cant even say this game has good graphics... What the heck happened to my Final Fantasy?
