Fair

Awkward dungeon crawler

the story decent i guess but its just a dungeon crawler. I found the controls with the stock wii remote to be awkward and tedious if you like wandering around mindlessly killing stuff than this is the game for you if you want a fantastic square enix game that lives up to expectations LOOK ELSE WHERE!

When I first popped this game in I thought this was going to be some simple RPG that I would lose interest in within the first few hours. Almost 15 hours later, I can honestly say that I'm hooked. It has an intersting storyline and has a few twists to the traditional turn-based battle systems. The dungeons actually change each time you enter it. Also, you do have to be careful with your strategy on the more difficult dungeons.

Graphics are not anything special, and there are frequent, if not short, loading screens. Despite these drawbacks, I would still recommend playing this game if you are into Final Fantasy, Wild Arms, etc. You may be pleasantly surprised.
