I rented this with the intention of hunting. Not chasing the deer on foot with a 12 gauge. I started a career hunt for whitetail deer, and the first thing I did was walk forward. During which I received an achievement. (Basic Huting Skills 10g) Now, unless this is some hunting lingo...THE ACHIEVEMENT IS SPELLED WRONG. This gives you a basic idea of the polishing that didn't happen before release.
The graphics are some of the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely ZERO color blending. The ground is brown, the grass is green. Period.
On to the unplayable portion, the aiming uses an acceleration engine so you cannot shoot anything that you can't touch with the end of the gun. (Hence, the chasing with the shotgun.) Plus the fact that you can outrun a healthy deer on foot. This game is awful.
I put it back in the mailbox the first day. DO NOT RENT.
