Far Cry 3 for PlayStation 3 Reviews by Gamers

One of the best stories of all time in video games. Torture! The gameplay was nice and fun, looked great, and there was plenty to do.
I bought the online pass and it was unfortunately not worth it, as the MP was decent and co-op was fun, but I was able to do 4 of the 6 missions without the pass, and that was good enough.

I used to think how cliche it was when others described Far Cry 3 as Skyrim with guns.

I now understand why they say this. For people like myself (OCD MUST DO EVERYTHING kind of person) can get quickly overwhelmed by how much there is to do in this game.

Not required to do, just available to do. I am sure there are those out there with the time and patience to play this game out to it's full potential. I am not that person.

Was it a great game? YES! Was it a GREAT experience? YES! I highly recommend this game to anyone. Just be prepared to either spend MANY MANY days playing it, or stick to the main storyline to shave down the time with it. Either way, a MUST play whether you buy or rent.
