This is flat out the shortest game I've ever seen period. The only thing good about it is the cut scenes. I literally played through the whole game in a couple of hours.

Just Feels Recycled

I rented this game off GameFly with average expectations, much like I did with the Simpsons game back in 2008. The thing is, this game is much, MUCH more recycled than its predecessor. What the Simpsons game did right is that the levels were original, yes it borrowed from some episodes but they had their own flavor, Family Guy: BTTM just feels so recycled, each level from the Amish level to the Chicken Fight level just feel old. Very little about this game is funny, yes it has its moments but for the most part the borrows way to heavily on old episodes from 1999-2004. About in the 3rd level you'll want to throw your controller at the TV if you hear Brian say "Now if I can find a midget with some gin I'll be in business" or Stewie say "This is my rife, this is my gun, this is for fighting, this is for fun." one more time. All in all I wouldn't recommend this game other than to get a quick 870 achievement points (not 1000 because two take over 3 hours alone and is close to impossible). I give this game a 3/10.

Fans of the series will be disappointed in this obvious attempt to milk more moolah out of this cash cow. What MAY have been an acceptable game on a last generation console is unacceptable on this one. The main problem with games based on franchises of course is that a majority of the developers budget is wasted buying the rights to make the game in the first place. With the 10% left, they hire third graders as animators. Pass on this one guys, trust me.
