you know most nickelodeon shows sucked due to their sillyness and stupidity. but fairly odd parents had an excuse, it involved magic and fairies and such. that is how you make up for something. this game is good. so first let's talk about the plot. so one day timmy's parents went on a trip and left vicky an evil babysitter to watch over timmy. timmy wanted his fairies to stall her but they were'nt allowed to because of the rules. so timmy wished they did'nt need to follow the rules. so they through the book away. vicky now has it and she can grant her own wishes now. being responseble timmy was sent by the fairy council to get ther rulebook back from vicky in 48 hours. the controls are easy. but the first overworld is very small due to the fact it's timmy's room. they are chapters you can choose from by looking around. you can unlock more if you beat a few chapters. so how is the game itself? sure it's good but it's defently not the best. i have much nostalgia with this game. it was pretty fun. but the story really has no intrest to it. it's just basicly plotholes from the show it's based on. don't get me wrong i love fairly odd parents it's an okay show but my style is games with dark turns and plot twists. so basicly it's a good game but it really ain't the best. i played it again after a while. was'nt too bad just was'nt great. all i can say is that it was fun.
In my quest to play every title offered by Gamefly I threw this platformer in because honestly I love the cartoon. The game is pretty decent and fun too. There weren't even enough negatives worth mentioning so I won't. I went into it with an open mind and I actually enjoyed the game. I rated the game a seven only because I thought it was short.
