I love the game. That is all i could say.
Pros -
- Amazing storyline
- Plenty of quests, all of them are unique unlike skyrim/oblivion where alot of quests would be in a questline format, for example you would join the thieves guild and you would just steal all the time
- Your charecter will actually age, and grow stronger based on a very complex system, but it's made simple for you, great for 2004
Cons:
- Annoying camera angles at times
- This isnt a flaw of the game but gamefly sometimes sends Fable instead of fable the lost chapters, the problem here is that you will rent the lost chapters, send it back, a few weeks later you want it back so you re-rent, then you get a game different, and you have to start all over!
- Leveling, you dont level up and increase health the way i like, and the way to increase your charecter is great, but hard to find, you must go to the guild in a green thing, its still hard to find never the less, and the call the orbs, "xp orbs". This is bad because xp usually means a rank increasment. but you dont rank up!
- "Health is low, perhaps any potions... or food?"
this quote goes whenever you are close to 0 health, its annoying and i dont need it, the option to kill the guildsmaster is good, in the lost chapters. because then you dont hear his voice. atleast i dont think you do.
i know i know those are big problems,
those may be bad but the pro's are larger, and i didnt even list all of the great things about this game!
overall:
Great, amazing rpg. not many like it at the time, fable 2 and 3 were horrible. Lionhead needs to remake fable 1!
