The graphics are slightly increased but not that much of a change. The also made it even more realistic and the game speed is faster and more realistic than FIFA 11.
Even though I love soccer, my friends thats not much of soccer fans love it, its the best game to play with friends and it always feels good to get away from all the shooters and other games and just play soccer.
If you alredy have FIFA 11 and you dont feel for spending 60 bux its completely understable, but if you care about the online FIFA 12 is a must have soccer game. They also have some all new random stuff thats actually way cooler than I thought it would be, you just take your favorite team and every time you accomplish something with that team your team gets points worldwide and lets say your favorite team is little poor Liverpool. If you have fans thats good enough Liverpool can win the FIFA leuge even though Man united probably will win for real.
As long as you care a little about soccer im 99,99% sure this is a game you will love, but notice renting the game wont give you a online pass to participate in any of the online activities so you will miss 80% of the experience on renting it. You can see renting FIFA 12 as a big demo or beta though.
Some people might wonder, PES 2012 or FIFA SOCCER 12?
FIFA is bigger online bigger overall much much much more players and more creative and fun. Very few people actually prefer PES infront of FIFA but of course enough of those people exist to keep the PES franchise going pretty strong.
Without a doubt 9.5 out of 10 foot faires

you need a code, which you only get when you purchase the game, in order to play online. Now since we are using Gamefly, this code is not provided to us...so what now?
my other complaint is the menus, for a first time user...could be a little confusing.
As far as gameplay goes, the game plays smooth...good moves, access to just about any team or club...you could have commentators in your language preference...so i gave this a high ranking because of this.
Last Fifa ill purchase =(

Since playing this game, I've spent many hours on all the sport games with a 12 added on to the name, excepting MLB 2k12 as it hasn't released yet, but all the others.
This is the best of them all. The graphics are very nice. After I've scored a goal with one of my favorite players and the camera zooms in on him for his celebration, I can just barely tell the difference between the real player and his virtual double.
The sound is great, making me feel like I'm actually in the stadium with my Turtle Beaches. The cheering of the fans, the great announcing. It all comes together to make an enjoyable audio experience.
The game plays as smooth as the surface of an alpine lake. The AI works surprisingly well for me, anticipating my shots and passes. Career mode is surprisingly deep and well done. I don't much care for Ultimate Team, but many people seem to like it.
As for replayability, I can't stop myself playing it to complete challenges with my Virtual Pro.

I rented this years FIFA 12 and slid the disk in and chose "Easy".
Normally, I can't even score, but this year I am dominating the field.
I know I suck, playing it on EASY, but I'm having a blast.
