Okay other than Pyramid Head from Silent Hill who can honestly sit there and say that Alma isn't one of the most scariest characters in a video game? Every time I came into an encounter with her it made me get major goosebumps. F.E.A.R. 2 brings you right back into the same creepy action that the first F.E.A.R. introduced. Most people were freaked out of their minds when they first saw Alma in the first F.E.A.R. and this one is no exception. The game's game play and graphics are definitely an improvement over the first one and the graphics definitely add a creepiness to the environment. The F.E.A.R. games somewhat stem from survival horror elements except they are more action oriented and there are very little, to no puzzles. I'm not saying this is a survival horror game, it is a first person shooter, but its not your typical Call of Duty or Halo. This game attempts to ultimately screw with your mind and make you not able to sleep that night. I highly recommend this game to anybody interested in looking for a good first person shooter to play with a little walk on the creepy side. I suggest first that you play the first F.E.A.R. if you haven't already. If you were a fan of the first one, then you will absolutely love this one.
