Didn't like as much as First one or third

When the game started I was excited! And then as it progressed I didn't like how the character walked with the gun's shaking movement as you walked and didn't like shooting either! A few minutes later I'm doing stuff from a guy who involes snakes or something and then I'm here in a chamber being shot at! I didn't know what was going on so I decided to quit! I'm not saying I quit cause I hated it, or because it was hard, I'm saying I quit because I had no idea what was going on! I understood the first and third and the second just confused my storyline! So before I got too far and thought "shooting people and chasing random naked ghost girl is my reason why I'm here" I'd like to know what Im really doing so I'm not an idiot shooting at a wall trying to spell my name with the bullet holes!
