I have played this game MANY times, and I love it. It has good graphics, and the handling is more realistic than ANY other racing game on the market, not only does downforce, and weight affect you, so does the height, and width, and even length of your car. as in real driving steering at higher speeds is based on easing into turns. if you speed into a turn, and fully turn the wheel, you will lose control- just like real driving. let off the gas, and easily turn the wheel when you are traveling fast, or brake in time, to keep from spinning out. never will you see a real racer hit a turn going 120, unless it is one of the NASCAR oval kind of turns- which you can turn at plenty of speed on in the game- given a car MEANT to turn at those speeds. you get the point- if you don't know how to drive a real car, you will have trouble picking up the handling.
one downer to this game was the tuning capibilities, or the lack thereof...there wasn't much of a way to modify your car, beyond what the game slowly gives to you, which makes hardly any difference in your cars ability. I personally love the abilty to tune, and precision-tune a car that I'm not actually paying thousands of dollars for, but that doesn't mean this game isn't good- I still love the outstandingly realistic physics in the game- mixed with good graphics, nice race tracks, and a wide array of diferent cars, this game has just about everything, and if you don't base on the tuning aspect, then you should try the game- just remember- take the turns easy, and instead of turning sharper, go slower around turns.
