At first glance this game might seem uninteresting and pointless, but once you get into it, it turns out to be a very fun game.
The stories that go along with the songs are funny and interesting, the songs themselves are from many different genres so there is something for everyone.
The difficulty settings start out pretty easy, then it seems rather quickly they start to pick up pace and make you work for a good score. The game itself is rather short but there is tons of replay value, both with the different difficulty settings and also just playing the songs over again to try to get a better score.
I recommend playing the game wearing a set of decent headphones rather than the speakers on the ds because the sound is so much better.
Overall the game is very fun, definitely worth a look at.
this game is great but before i go deeper into this review i must tell you that to fully enjoy this game you need one of them big fat stylus that come separately to fully get your timing down the small stylus in the ds is too flexible and small other then that this game is great it's basically a story and a song that has a snappy tune. i got one problem with the story though it takes entirely to long for the comic strip story to progress i don't know if it has to do with loading or not but instead of taking 10-15 sec. to read a few comic strips it usually takes 30-50 sec but you can skip it but when you do it skips the whole story instead of each panel. the rythem based play to the game is dead on although i did find it cheap that on some of the harder difficulty's the life runs out causing you to die even when you don't mess u but i do like the two out come
