this game alone would make me want to buy the ps3. It is one of the best rpg i have ever played. I am already starting my second character. Any one who likes rpg of any kind would like this game. I only hope they come out with the add-ons soon.

This is by far the best game I have for PS3. Definitely a keeper! I've played it for hours and have enjoyed every minute. If you're new to the the game or have played the PC version, you will really enjoy it. It doesn't disappoint. The expansion portions are included in the PS3 game, no additional discs needed. Definitely a Great addition to the PS3 game line up of keeper games in my game library!! The game guide for this game is great too, if you own the game, get the guide, it's full of helpful tips and information. Get it, Play it, Have fun!!

Not for everyone

I had just gotten my new HDTV with HDMI cable and a fresh new PS3. School just let out so I was ready to lay back relax and kick it. Unfortunately this game game didn't provide the "kick" I was looking for.

Though this game is amazing visually (espically on the ps3) it is not my cup of tea. The load times are blazing fast, and things don't "pop" up like in the 360 version. Still I'm not a big fan of RPG and I don't have time to commit myself to hours of game play on one single game. Understand that I was playing Pokémon Diamond and FFXII at the same time of this rental.

Now if there was a software drought and I needed to find a game to occupy my time for two weeks or three weeks I would get this game. But if you are just looking for a quick play for 5-10 days Don't get it yet. Though it was a fun game with a lot of depth in it, I just found that the lack of acheivements and online features made it feel blah. The NPC are the most intelligent I ever seen, you could follow them all day if you wanted, but I rather talk to humans then computers all day. Still a great game though.
