Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year for PlayStation 3 Reviews by Gamers

I played Oblivion for only a few hours... no where NEAR long enough to "Really get into it", I admit, but frankly, I'm not only not impressed, I didn't enjoy what I played AT ALL! The game play was very clunky in battle. I felt like it was lagging with how slow my weapon swings were compared to the AI opponents. It made everything feel outdated to me and I just didn't enjoy it. If Skyrim is anything like Oblivion, I won't bother playing it.

decade old pc graphics and bad writing dont even scratch the surface. this game has the most screwed up combat system i have ever seen. think call of duty with a sword. i understand that bathesda specializes in "do your own thing" type games, but they need to give me a reason to play. 0 out of 10
