I did enjoy this game don't get me wrong. I just thought it had glitches. I would try to pull ONE back flip; immediately let go of all buttons, and it tried THREE back flips, ending in a face-plant in the snow.
Some of the camera angles don't let you see which way you are going (i.e. biffing a jump, the camera just goes all over and when it settles, you haven't a clue - sometimes - where you are and which way your character is trying to go.. frustrating).
The tricks are fun to watch, the game was fun and a little challenging, but where is the saves? SSX you build a character, either your own or a "stock" character. As you go through the game, you character racks up points to spend on improving his/her abilities. This game doesn't do that... disappointing.
