This game is really amazing! It’s great single player or multiplayer, and makes you feel like you are actually playing and watching a baseball game on ESPN. There are cut-scenes where guys step off the plate, spit, loosen up, and step back on, all the while acting like the players act in real life. It gets really entertaining when you can choose how to throw and where, for example, you choose to throw a fast ball, then think that someone is stealing third, so you throw to your third-baseman, who you then control. He can then throw to any other baseman or back to the pitcher. And when you pitch, they give you a box to throw in, so you can throw a ball or a strike regardless of you type of pitch, i.e. slider, fastball, or curve. Multiplayer is just as fun because they don’t know what your pitching—ball or strike, and you don’t know if they are about to steal or play dirty. It’s fun no matter how you look at it. I thought that Sega did an outstanding job on this game, as well as those guys from ESPN. I give this game an astounding perfect 10.
