i guess not..

this dynasty game is different from the other dynasty warriors.. yes.. it's a monster hunter clone. You control only 1 character in this game.. there are no AI allies (unless you play with another gamer via ad hoc)

still in able to enjoy this game.. get yourself some cheats or use someone else's save files from gamefaqs website or something..why? this is a hassle game! it's extremly hard and you have to grind like crazy just to get decent money to buy.. weapons, orbs, skills, items.. etc..

it has multiplayer mode so i guess it's the reason for the insane difficulty. After 13 hours or so.. i got bored of this game. There are lot of weapons and each has its own combo system, but since all character can use them.. it's pretty much the same thing over and over

this game worth a rental.. but not sure about a purchase though.

If you're a fan of the dynasty warriors series, you'll like this game. Decent graphics and the flashy attacks are pretty to look at. It is true, this game has a monster hunter feel about it, since you start in a town and buy/upgrade yourself with weapons, chi abilities, and items before entering combat. The peons actually do attack you in this one, so if you don't like that, then I guess you're out of luck. hahaha
Also the ability to carrying two different weapons at once is nice. Some enemies are more resistant to one type than others, so it adds a little strategy in planning out your attack.

Now, if you don't have a few friends that will join you in your epic quest for conquering China, I'd suggest that you either a) find some or b) don't really try this. Some of the missions can be extremely difficult by yourself, especially if you're trying to face off against three guys at once who just love to fly around the map at warp speed where you can't even get to them.

If you've got a few friends that enjoy dynasty warriors, this game is perfect for you and them. If you don't, still give it a try. If its too hard, well, just be glad you didn't buy it. =)

I am a personal fan of Koei's games and i am one of those few who dont care about the repetitiveness, but this was a new type of gameplay and i loved it now the only part i did not like was the battefields if they had remained like the others it would have been perfect but i juset didnt like the battlefields. My favourite feature is the secondary weapon feature because you can have anything with anyone. If you also like seeing your guy go into a rage and turn super saiyan then you will love this game. This is game is worth a try to play trust me.
