Level 4 Weapons

Each weapon type is unlocked based on its own weapon. In example, if you want a level 4 sword then you will only get level 4 swords. To get 4th weapons for spears and other weapons, you must raise those weapon types to their maximum levels.

• Fail to conquer all 25 territories when the campaign time limit runs out. CAMPAIGN TIME LIMIT OPTION MUST BE ON.
