this game is interesting. this game can be very challenging for new dbz gamers. fun but the rapid buttin pushing is a challenging part of the game. hard but in ways also fun. it is the first and only game whith the hero mode feature. the combate is slow though. so in the end a very fun but challenging game.
i have seen mixed opinion's on this game some say it's good other's think it's bad well time to give you my take on it. now this game look's amazing. it's seem to try to look like the manga and has hd anime cutscene's. but how it play's is a mixed bag for me. they do it just like in the anime but it has some luck in it but nothing game breaking. and the character creation is pretty good people say it's limited but this is a dbz game you don't expect it to be like world of warcraft where choice you'r race what type of character are you but still i think it's good for a dbz game and i hope this come's back in later game's. overall dragon ball z ultimate tenkaichi is a pretty good game it has it's flaw's but pick this game up it you might like it.
In this game there are two combat modes: one for blasting at long distance and close combat melee. If you can spam the shoot or fight button enough you can engage the opponent in a rock, paper, scissors to see whether or not you can punch or kick the dude across the map. Do this over and over until you get a special that saves you from the monotony. Overall, the combat is repetitive.
(I only played this game for 3 hours until i gave up on it so don't take my review too seriously).
