Bad

Disappointing...

I used to play the original games for ps2 and I was excited to see a new one out, but when I played it I was disappointed. The controls are confusing, the person who wins is almost always whoever hits first when a round starts and in story mode it seemed like they couldn't decide which story line to do. It was a disgrace...

Ever since the first dbz game came out (budokai) i have been a huge fan of dragon ball z games. I also loved the cartoon. I can tell you that this game in my opinion was better than the both dbz raging blast games. But it was no comparison to the old tenkaichis. I m pleased that they brought the map back and the gameplay and fighting sequences are not to shabby but the storyline is off. They skip alot of important plots and the boss missions are kind of ridiculous. You have to train and level up quite a bit just to be able to beat a giant ape which is the second boss mission and then it just gets more and more difficult which I love a challenge but it seems a bit excessive to try and beat a giant ape, just starting out. I will say that i like how you can make your own character and customize your supers and skills but i think next time they should make it more detailed with making characters like as if you were creatig an animated version of you but i won't complain. I will say this is a good dbz game though and i would recommend playing it if you are into dbz fighting games.
