BATTLE CONTROLS
Control Stick Move character. Double tap = Dash.
Control Pad Move character. Double tap = Dash.
A Button Punch. Push Left or Right toward or away from opponent + Punch for Advanced Punches. Press A + B at the same time to grapple a character. Press A + B at the same time to perform an Energy Punch, holding down for a stronger punch.
B Button Guard. Press and hold and double-tap and hold the Control Stick or Control Pad Left or Right away from the opponent to generate Ki. You also generate Ki every time you land a hit on your opponent. If you press B right before a Ki Blast Wave hits you, you will deflect it or even deflect it back at your opponent. Tap B and push Up or Down to move in a circle around your opponent and to dodge.
X Button Ki Blast Wave
Y Button Kick. Push Left or Right toward or away from opponent + Kick for Advanced Kicks. Press Y + B at the same time to perform a powerful kick combination (With some characters you can press Left or Right for additional combinations of this attack).
L Button Punch + Guard (simultaneous)
R Button Punch + Kick (simultaneous)
Start/Pause Pause menu
Combo #1 TRANSFORM: Once you have met the skill conditions, you can press A, Y and B at the same time to Transform into a more powerful fighter.
Combo #2 TAUNT: Press A, X, Y and B at the same time to taunt opponent.
