what a piece of trash, i cant believe that people would think bioware is a great studio. heck, dragon age 2 was unplayable at the start & i went though 3 copies, due to massive bugs & glitches that they seem to not want to fix. but dragon age origin had terrible frame rates that lagged badly at fights, froze my ps3 over 20 times, & yet, what annoyed me about this game was that the quests were design badly, too much talking & cutscenes were too long. The action was kind of lame & i found that the AIs were sort of stupid, your group would be too stupid to realize they are almost dead, while the enemies would tend to a tiny bit smarter & kill you within a second. While i am all for rpgs that are this type of format, i found that the spells & talents were also sort of lame, since many of them were not that great & took too much time to recharge. Overall, i would not rent this game nor even spend a penny on it. utter trash.

This game had potential and I was actually starting to enjoy it until it froze at the same spot consistently. I researched any glitch or freeze issues and found that numerous people have experienced the same problem throughout gameplay. I implemented any and all fixes that I could find and was still unable to continue the game. I will not be picking up any more games from Bioware since this game was released years ago and they have yet to bother to fix it. Shame, I was looking forward to DA2. Bioware just lost another consumer.
