This game is perfect for the under 4 crowd. One of the biggest problems with video games right now is that there are very few age appropriate games for very young children. My two year old has been playing games like Pac-Man and Rally-X for 6 or seven months, but has been left out of any new games because the game play was far too complex, and the cut scenes were far too long. Notice I did not say 'Game Content'. There is plenty of content for 2 year olds, but a 5 minute intro that you cannot bypass, or having to start over because you pushed a wrong button makes them fail.
This game is not on rails, and you cannot 'die'. A perfect example is when Dora needs to jump on turtles to get across a lake, she just waves her arms and catches her balance if the players timing is off. This allows for a challenge, without the frustration of starting over every time you do it wrong.
If you are over 4, move along, this game is not for you.
