the main thing that makes doom suck is the fact that its well... NOT DOOM! the creature pinky, and the bfg (wich stands for big FORCE gun, and shoots a blue stream instead of a green sphere!) were the only doom things in the movie! and they didnt star majorly in the film! the story was thrown off and you start out wondering who the main charechter is! but it was saved by the first person shooter sceen. trust me, IT ROCKS! so its a decent movie, but should have been called something else. hopefully they will make a remake that has the cyberdemon, all weapons, and better visual sceens! 6/10

Some movies have no story and just blowing stuff up. This movie has a story and allot of blood. Instead of having explosions that look like it is from the game Doom 1. It is also really, really like the game doom 3. I also liked the first person sequence.

This movie could of been allot better but the storyline jumps around to much. It tries to follow the game storyline (which it does time to time) but gets off track and becomes corny! I don't want to give away what happens in the movie but they could of used the BFG some more and hunted down some more freaks to make it like the game. It was cool in the 1st person view blasting freaks like the game but that's about it and that only lasted 10 mins at the most. If there is something else to rent hold off on this movie it is way over hyped!
