It's Disgaea!

If you have played Disgaea 1 or 2 then you should know what to expect from this game. NIS has been making tactics games for sometime I believe and I first started with Disgaea 2. A gentleman at a game emporium actually talked me into buying the game and it wasn't a letdown. Here are a few reasons you should play this game:
Completely immature teen/adult based storyline that is downright hilarious.
Excellent Tactics/Strategy fighting that has a deep and immersive system.
A completely insane level cap (9999!) with many ways to speed up the leveling process.
Simple yet funny and often times adorable graphics.
This game is not for those who don't like to put effort into a game and get results, as it's not hard to level your characters when you put time into it. There are many stages where you can milk the environmental effects to boost the levels of your characters you just have to know them when you see them.
Bottomline: If you like tactics RPGs, and want something to play casually and slowly gain strength, or even seriously level grind your way to the top, Disgaea 3 is for you.
