Excellent Rally Racing Game!!

Racing games have climbed a steep slope since the introduction of 3D gaming in the past. Dirt 2 is no exception. Completely new features with the combination of advanced physics and even more realistic graphics make this game a must-rent.
You take the place of a semi-professional Rally Racer inside his trailer he takes all over the world, trying to make it to the top. Once you step outside, you're surrounded by tents, thousands of rally-enthusiasts, and people ready to sign you up for events. This game covers almost every style of dirt racing...Raid, Trailblazer, Rallycross, Rally, you name it.
The damage factor in the past few years of gaming have caught up with Dirt 2, meaning if you decide to slide into a wall going a buck-twenty, your door will probably fly off.
One feature I've been dying to see in a racing game for many years is the inside-view directly from the driver's seat. I'll ALWAYS race in this view. When you drive through a puddle going 20 MPH, you'll have a little bit of dirt and water hit your windshield. Going 80 MPH and your wipers will have to grind all of the sludge and mud off of it.
Dirt racing is tricky, so theres a feature called the "flashback system", it lets you pause the gameplay and go into a replay mode, rewind back to BEFORE you rolled your car over the 400 foot ledge, and start from there. The higher the difficulty you have preset, the less chances you have to do this.
The only thing that dissapoints me is the fact that you can't really modify the performance of your vehicle, but only purchase others. Thats why I gave it a 9.
This game has that factor that immediately grasps you when you play...the kind of factor that makes you go "Woah." I seriously suggest any racing enthusiasts, dirt or non-dirt racers, to check it out.
