How do you mess up a game with dice-based mechanics? Well, according to Di-Gata defenders, the answer is simple:

Show and Explain NOTHING.

Not only will you never see a cube rattle across your screen, but each of the 'dice' you start with and acquire will never have its functions explained. In Summary, not only will you never see anything ever being rolled, you will never even know what you are TRYING to roll.

Normally, a fundamental failure as this would automatically garner a rating of ONE, but the game has two noteworthy features, earning it a point a piece.

+1: The top-down field map utilizing the touch screen in an interface reminiscent of Baulder's Gate was well implemented (Man, how much more fun would BG have been with a touch screen...?)

+1: The character customization options are varied and implement well. It's no Fallout or Mass Effect level of variation, but this is a DS title after all. It's good for what it has.

In Conclusion, don't waste the slot in your Q with this critical fumble of a title. I can only hope there is some RW version of this license so I can see what the game was doing behind its curtain of obfuscation.
