Very Good

A Very Lengthy Action Packed Title

Dead Space 3 continues with its aggressive approach to action/horror.

First off the game IS more action orientated. But you will still have those OMG Where are they coming from! moments. Again it doesn't seem as scary as the first or second one primarily because if you already played Dead Space and Dead Space 2, then you are already know what to expect.

Aside from that the game is great. Plenty of weapon combinations for you to explore and use to Dismember necromorphs. Awesome new enemies give the game new breath. Also the game is VERY long. This is probably twice as long as Dead Space 2 so be prepared.

The only reason why I didn't give it a 9 or 10 was because it lost that "Event Horizon" horror fee. Other than that its a great rental or even a Keeper.

Big Business Killed a Franchise

EA got too involved on this one. The horror is almost non-existent. The ammo is always plentiful no matter the difficulty(you can make as much as you want). Greed led to microtransactions that led to the generic ammo type. So many different weapons but only 2 or 3 combinations are actually useful. Its a rent, nothing more, nothing less. And FYI, there is a possibility EA will dump this franchise due to poor performance.

Horrible, I'm just going to rant a little bit here. The control is sluggish even when I bumped up the sensitivity. The story is more annoying than anything and the multiplier....Wow. Really? I've already payed for my monthly subscription to xbox live and EA has the audacity to charge for another online code in order for me to play? Ridiculous. The potential of this game was relevant. The big mistake was EA publishing this. EA used to be a decent company but now they're nothing more than pigs. No thanks, I gave it a try and can't find the joy in this. Dead Space deserves a 5 from me and on another note Isaac is just annoying to me. If you enjoy it, great! but I'll spend my time with something with more substance.
