It's not great but it is a good game. It is better than the first game and expands on a lot that was missing from the first one. You can actually fire weapons and move at the same time, not that weapons are very effective in these games but it's still a nice feature. What is better is that you can play with a friend. The coop feels natural and is not required. It is fun playing with a friend to help you take down zombies. You can play through the cases together or just messing around have some good ol zombie slaying fun. It also has multiplayer in the form of a gameshow with different events leading up to the slicecycles event. It's a nice feature and you can transfer your winnings to your saves. Give it a try and play it with a friend!
