Game Breaking Glitch

Its bad when a game has a game breaking glitch, its worse when its late in the game, and even worse when it would be easy to fix. Once you get to the black throne there is a problem where you will fall though the elevator and get stuck. Even loading a previous save does not work since the door to the elevator is still there. Its sad as i was enjoying this game more so than some of the other hack and slash games out there but now im kinda turned off to the whole series and THQ whose solution to it, is telling you to start a new game. Its a known issue and there are other people out there who had the same problem.
