Darksiders II for Xbox 360 Reviews by Gamers

I played and LOVED the first Darksiders. It was a fantastic hack and slash with great puzzles and awesome story and boss fights. Not much more you could ask for in a game like this.

This game delivers on all of those points once again...
and here's the big hairy BUT!

Too many puzzles I feel this time. I have put this game on the back burner after getting pushed into the about 5th puzzle within the first hour within this area. I feel like they added more puzzles this time more or less just to add time to the game.

Last time there was a perfect balance between puzzle time (30%ish) and straight combat/non-puzzle gameplay (70%).

This time I'm pretty confident its about 60% puzzle 40% combat. Still a great game but do yourself a favor and rent it and don't waste the 60$ especially when the replay value is just over 0 with possible DLC.

This game is frigin AWESOME the only thing i didn't like was the ending couldve showed more then him just jumping an it reseting what happened with War. I hope they make a Darksiders 3 dont make this the last one no way you could do that if you do i will never support Vigil again this game is a MUST keep the horseman seperate dont do a darksiders 3 with strife an fury together each one need their own story but if you do it better be just as good cuz yall KILLED it with this game SO MUCH BETTER THEN THE FIRST
