Good storyline, fast paced combat, a bit too many puzzles (imo).
The music in this game is awesome. I fell in love with the music that plays during the Guardian battle. After this battle, I played through with the game muted and listening to the Guardian boss fight music from an upload on you tube.
This game is pretty good, except for the terrible controls. When climbing or jumping, Death will go off his own way very often, usually leading to the death of Death (what the?!). You can't see which way to go, so you have to trust the controls, which is a 50-50 proposition.
The other negative is the non-intuitive fights. If you use LT to lock in on someone, you usually can't see what is going on around you, especially in a boss fight. I also don't like having to repeatedly switch equipped side weapons, too many times they have one button doing multiple actions.
These are the only bad things about the game, so feel free to rent it, but if I had bought it, I would be dissappointed.
