Back in the 1800's, children of the town of Darkness Falls used to take their baby teeth to a kind widow who would give them a coin for it, earning her the nickname "The Tooth Fairy." After a terrible fire left her disfigured and with a sensitivity to light, she took to only coming out at night wearing a mask. It didn't take long before the town accused her of a crime she didn't commit and hung her. Since then, her spirit has taken its revenge on the town's children - she visits them when they lose their last baby tooth. If they see her, she kills them. Kyle (Cheney Kley) knows, because he saw her, and barely escaped with his life. When his childhood friend calls him saying her brother also saw the Fairy, Kyle returns to Darkness Falls to face his greatest fear.
