Game Description
DarkStar One: Broken Alliance challenges you to solve a mystery on an adventure that's as big as the universe itself. You are Kayron Jarvis, an upstart space adventurer who sets out to solve the mystery surrounding the death of his father. Explore a remarkably crafted and incredibly expansive 3D outer space world that spans 330 solar systems that are home to six alien races, each with unique architecture, technological abilities, and combat tactics. Forge alliances to trade for new technology, or take it by force. It's just one of the choices you'll make in an open-ended story where you'll carve a path to fortune and glory and bring your enemies to justice.

To say the least DarkStar is by no means an easy to categorize game. It's nothing like what I was expecting it to be, I think what I was hoping for was something more like mass effect, what I got was something unlike anything I have ever played before.
