I enjoying playing the demo, it is everything i look for in an action game, Just cant wait to play the game to see what Im really maid of. I have played the Devil may cry 4, but this seems to bring more of a fresh cool game all around with a perfact twist.
I really wanted to like DmC. I really wanted to like the game, but I just couldn't get into it. The low number of different combos was very discouraging and yes, I understand that you can chain all the weapons together, but everyone has a favorite weapon. When you only feel compelled to use one, the low number of combos really... sucks.
The level design is excellent though, as Limbo is breathtaking. Enemies however, are very cut-dry and mostly the same.
I tried to like this game, as there is a lot to like, the story was pretty good as far as I got, but that's the problem, I didn't get very far. Reason being is that I could only be entertained for a half-hour or so at a time before I wanted to go play another game. It wasn't that the game was bad or the combat was easy, because it was rather hard (in the fair way), but more because other things interested me more.
As with any review, take this with a grain of salt, because everyone has a different opinion, and they are entitled to it. Although it really didn't hit with me, I like what they did with the game and it far exceeded my original expectations. I recommend that anyone reading this should try the game, as I believe it is worth a GameFly.

I have played and beat all of the DMC games. I was nervous about this one but had faith that Ninja Theory new what they had to do NOT totally mess this up. They did an awesome job of nailing this game. The story was great and I can see how the previous DMC games exist in the same universe. I have a lot of faith that they will continue the Dante legend.
