game is good graphics are nice but camera can get annoying changing as it pleases and at worst time. but this is a great game you should play atleast twice to get 100%. beatinging and returning to old levels is best ways to do it.
I've personally never been able to finish a DMC game, if you asked me why I honestly couldn't tell you, in the past they just never kept my attention for very long.
However, I really enjoyed this game, The story, personality of the characters, dialog, design. I just couldn't help but feel it was all really well done I played through the entire game in one sitting, and before I even realized it like 10 hours had passed, and the game was over.
I don't know how this game stacks up for people who enjoyed the past games in the series as I couldn't get through them personally so it may just be that they shifted the entire focus of the game to something more of my liking and the past fans may not like it anymore.
But anyways, the combat felt really solid with all the different weapons to swap between when doing combos, Angelic weapons focusing on wide sweeping attacks, Normal weapons focusing on fast 1 on 1 combat and Demonic weapons focusing on taking out large slow enemies. Chaining massive amounts of attacks together felt really satisfying though at some points I did wish it was a bit harder haha.
The upgrade system was very nice, and you could always relocated your points for free which was nice so you could try out certain abilities to see if you will use them or not and if the later swap if for something you use more often.
I don't remember the music at all to be honest lol, but the voice acting was top notch.
The graphics were impressive and even more impressive was the fact that there was little to no frame rate drop while playing the entire game. Considering how good the graphics looked I really did expect it would be stuttering like crazy.
I definitely think Devil May Cry is worth checking out if you are interested in fighting or hack and slash games, or even games with a good story as you can always play it on a very low difficulty and just play for the story haha.
