Like Magic The Gathering? Like Board Games?Try Me!

This game is so polarizing I don't know where to begin. They describe it as Magic the Gathering meets Monopoly and that is a fair description. If you like to customize, tweak, and build then you can find something of value here. The cards are beautiful and the game plays very well, especially with friends over Live.

You should know if you are predisposed to liking this type of game, if you are, than by all means rent it now. If you like shooting and jumping please move on sir (or madam).

Alright it's a board game...its a card game...you all know this... what you don't know is that the story mode is just the tip of the iceberg...and unlike its ps2/dreamcast counterparts this story mode is incredibly deep and fun to watch unfold...vs mode is the deal breaker here...if you have friends who play video games then get this game. if you don't have friends but you have xbox live...then get this game. The stragities behind decks are insane. The only downside to this game is the fact that the matches can get kinda lengthy, this however can be changed in vs mode and online to best suit your schedule....you can do a 5 hour match...or you can do a 3 min match or anything in between...all in all id say at least give this game a try (and it will definitely grow on you)

Magopoly Cards?

Ok, this game is a blatant and obvious offspring of monopoly and magic cards. It's actually really fun once you play a little while. The first couple matches are hard to get through without submitting to the desire of just turning it off due to sheer boredom. After you've played a few matches though you build your collection of cards and start to form your deck into something of your own strategies. The game is however really hard to figure out at first, it never explains all the rules to ou so you're kind of left to pick them up from observation and trial and error, which is annoying. Playing online is nearly impossible due to the lack of people actually playing this game, maybe that'll change if people give it a chance, when you do find a match it is really fun.
